Featuring a 1/3 HP motor and ETL approved for safety. This slicer is proudly made in North America and equipped with a 12" high-quality chromium steel blade.
This compact meat slicer made by the manufacturer Pro-Cut (model pro-kds-12) is E.T.L.-certified and has a belt-transmission 1/3-Hp motor. this slicer is great for low-to-mid-volume slicing of meats and delicatessen cold cuts (and can slice small amounts of cheese not recommended for large-scale cheese-slicing. This slicer is made in North America but slices with a twelve-inch chromium steel blade manufactured in Italy; purchase of the slicer includes a removeable blade sharpener. Measurements for the product tray are 10.6" by 9.3"; the meat tray has a slope of 45 degree for easy gravity-assisted delivery of the meat to the slicer blade (the knife spins at 430 rpm. This machine can cut slices up to.7" thick.
