Many products are marked "free shipping" on the product page, indicating free shipping for that specific item in the conteinental United States. Items without the "free shipping" badge may incur a shipping and handling charge. To calculate if your order has shipping charges, add the item/s to the cart and enter your shipping information. The system will populate the estimated shipping and handling charges if applicable to your order. Please note, freight or oversized items may result in additional shipping charges to specific locations such as but not limited to hospitals, churches, rural residential and home based businesses.
Our Return Policy Is Simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
We do our best to ship orders the next business day. Some items do not qualify for next day shipping, including items marked as freight or oversized. We thoroughly inspect products on inbound and outbound to ensure you are receiving a quality product. We understand things happen and sometimes carriers make mistakes. If your order arrived in anything outside of excellent condition, accept delivery and contact us right away. We have customer service available by phone for these rare instances, however you may always reach us by email. In most cases, we will require photos of the damaged box (if applicable) and photos of the product clearly indicating the product damages. This applies to products shipped by FedEx Ground / Express, USPS, UPS Ground / Express, OnTrac and other small parcel carriers.
We DO NOT ship damaged goods, many freight or oversized items are photographed before they leave our fulfillment centers. Ensuring the quality of your order before it is shipped to you. If your freight or oversized product was damaged during delivery, you are required to take clear photographs and you must note delivery receipt of any and all damages. If you sign the delivery receipt without notating any damages, you are releasing the trucking company from the liability of the damaged shipment. We ask you to refuse delivery if you can, however in some cases you are unable to refuse delivery, contact us within 1 business day of occurrence with detailed documentation listed above so we can make the situation right.
