Delivery appointment may be required, especially if your order is being delivered to a residential home or home based business. Commercial businesses open during normal business hours (9-5p) may not require a delivery appointment. STEP 2: INSPECT
You are responsible for inspecting shipment for missing or damaged items. DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt until after you inspect. Examples of damage are: punctures in wrapping or carton, or clearly visible product damage. If you notice damage, you must take clear photographs of packaging, damage and note the delivery receipt of specific damages or refuse the shipment (must notate delivery receipt as refused with explanation of refusal) *Do not let drivers rush you, they cannot leave until you sign the delivery receipt. Carriers can wait ~10-15 minutes.

STEP 3: SIGN
Once the shipment is inspected and documented for any damages or missing items. You should sign your name to the delivery receipt. Retain a copy of the delivery receipt for your records.
