Pre-orders
We accept pre-orders (where noted) on new products as well as select out of stock products. We cannot guarantee the dates listed due to changes in the market, manufacturer supply chain issues or delays in transit. A 4% cancellation fee will apply to cancelled pre-order purchases.

Cancellations
In order to be highly efficient and ship most orders the same business day, we ship many orders as they come in. Orders placed online or by phone may be too far in the shipping process to cancel. We will go the extra mile and try our best, however we cannot guarantee cancellation after the order is submitted. We do not charge a cancellation fee for stocked items. Meat Processing Products .com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. Any cancelled orders will be paid in US currency at current exchange rate at the time the credit is issued.

Fees
Meat Processing Products .com is not responsible for any arbitrage fees or sales taxes the customer may be required to pay to accept deliveries. It is customers responsibility to contact international customs department to determine whether any duties/taxes are applicable to their order. If customer refuses to accept delivery and merchandise is returned to us, customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable return fees. This applies to, but not limited to small parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS. Oversized freight items (semi deliveries) are subject to their own policy, see below.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and will apply to any shipping destinations where required by local or federal law. Please add the items to the cart and enter shipping address, this will populate any associated sales tax for your order. In rare cases, where our supplier charges us sales tax, customer is required to pay any sales tax due prior to the order shipping.

Price Changes
Items change prices as the supply and demand changes in the market. Sale items are marked down to be competitive with the ever changing market. For this, sale prices are subject to change without notice at any given time. The strike through price is the compare at price, where competition has listed the price before and sales associated, or MSRP / list price provided by the manufacturer.

Peak Season
As many other businesses, the fall hunting season is our peak season. During the month of September to early January, a small amount of orders may be delayed due to extreme order volumes, though we staff up during these times, we can see delays up to several days before some orders ship. If an order has been delayed we will do our best to notify customer of the delay. As always, customers will be emailed tracking as soon as tracking becomes available from the warehouse.

Coupon Codes & Offers
Customers may find coupon codes by signing up for our VIP Club, which we send regular emails to their inbox that may contain coupon codes. Sometimes coupon codes can be found out on the internet. These codes expire when listed and cannot be applied to any existing order once it is placed. Coupon codes and offers are valid on new orders only and cannot be combined with any other offers.

Best Price Guarantee & Price Matching
Sometimes our competitors will price an item lower than our cost, to blow out their inventory. These items and auction items are not considered in the best price policy and cannot be price matched. Meat Processing Products .com cannot sell a product below our cost, for any reason. Best price guarantee applies to new orders and cannot be combined with special coupon codes or offers.

We wish to always stand behind our claim that we offer the lowest prices on meat processing supplies & equipment, so that customers can shop with confidence at Meat Processing Products .com.

Many channels have different rules for contacting customers, we abide by these rules and regulations set forth. We can answer questions through our website but cannot assist with a purchase, the purchase is required to be made through which it was initiated.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges are based on item weight, dimensions, shipping destination, and shipping method. Certain marked items qualify for free shipping in the contiguous United States using the "Standard Shipping" method (excludes HI, AK, and US Territories). To determine shipping costs, please add the item(s) to shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page, enter zip code, select shipping method for available rate quote and transit times available. Express Shipments (1 day, 2 day and 3 day services), are prioritized to be shipped on the same day if placed before 11am EST / 8am Pacific. Orders placed after will be send the next business day. Day of order or shipment is not counted in the transit times.

Delivery Time
We do our best to ship orders the next business day. Some items do not qualify for express shipping, such as items marked freight or oversized. The number of delivery days does not include the day of order, holidays, or weekends. In some cases where we see extended lead times, we will do our best to post this information on the website. Transit times and estimated delivery dates posted on Meat Processing Products .com are an estimate and are not guaranteed due to acts of nature or carrier delays. During peak order times, some orders may be delayed or have extended lead times.

Signature Required Deliveries
Some items such as large oversized items that ship by semi truck, require a signature for delivery. The recipient signing for the delivery must be 18 years of age or older. Some items due to their value, may require a signature when shipped with FedEx, UPS, OnTrac or other small parcel carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to a post office box or APO, please enter a physical address when checking out online or by phone. Some international orders may not accepted due to item specific shipping restrictions. Certain items may include sausage casings, cultures and cures and other various items. Some manufacturer fulfilled items cannot be shipped internationally.

Damaged Products
If customer receives a damaged product that was delivered by FedEx Ground / Express, UPS Ground / Express or similar parcel carrier, customer must accept delivery and take photographs of the damaged product and the carton it was shipped in. Customer may report these damages to our customer service team by email or phone. Customer service will work with customer to find a solution.

Freight (semi)
Items marked freight or oversized are shipped by truck, these items will be delivered on a pallet. It is the customers’ responsibility to unload the product from the truck and take the pallet with the shipment. Products shipping freight may incur additional handling fees based on delivery locations and accessorials needed. Customers may be contacted if these fees need to be collected prior to your order shipping. Freight / oversized shipments must be signed for by a recipient at least 18 years of age or older. For liability reasons, customers can no longer unload trailers without the proper equipment.

Freight Accessorials
Lift-gate ($50.00) and courtesy calls ($25.00) are considered a freight accessory. To save the most on orders, we recommend shipping to a commercially zoned business address with a fork lift or loading dock on site to avoid any fees. If customer does not select an accessory upon checkout and one is needed for delivery, the fee may be higher than what is listed above. Contact us with any questions regarding freight accessorials or additional freight fees associated with ordering.

Residential & Limited Access
We may include a fee for delivering "oversized" or "freight" items to a residential zoned address, such as a home or an apartment and/or home based business (where zoned for residential). If customer delivery address at checkout is a residential address, customer may be contacted for additional fees based on their delivery location. This is because we incur higher delivery-service costs when delivering "oversized" or "freight" items to a residential address or home based business. The residential fee covers delivery to a residence with lift gate accessory included. We recommend any "oversized" or "freight" item to ship to a commercially zoned business address where a fork lift or loading dock is present to avoid any additional fees. Limited Access may include (but not limited to) military bases, construction sites, churches, campgrounds, zoos, hospitals and or small strip malls. Trucking companies charge additional fees to accommodate the additional time it may take to locate and unload. These are generally commercial establishments that are not open to the walk-in public, during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9a-5p). Depending on delivery location and zone, an additional fee may be required if a customer's address falls in a limited access category. In this rare instance, customer will be contacted by our customer service team before the order is shipped.

Freight Damages (Freight LTL)
If a freight or oversized (semi) shipment was damaged on or before delivery, customers must do the following:

  1. Take clear photographs of the shipping carton and packaging, also check for product for further damage (keep all packing materials for inspection)
  2. MUST clearly note the damage on the delivery receipt (VERY IMPORTANT)
  3. Take a copy of the delivery receipt if possible and request to refuse delivery (this returns it to us), if minor damage, we recommend clearly noting damage and signing your name
  4. Contact Meat Processing Products .com by email or phone within 1 business day of the occurrence with detailed documentation listed above, together we will find a solution

Once customer signs their name to the delivery receipt and accepts delivery, customer is releasing the trucking company of liability on the shipment. No guarantee of compensation will be granted to freight or oversized shipments accepted by the recipient without noting the delivery receipt of missing items or damages.

Concealed Damage (Freight LTL)
If customers shipment has concealed damage not caused by shipping, contact us within 3 business days of delivery as we have limited window to file dispute with the manufacturer on customers’ behalf. Every case is different, rest assure we will work together with the manufacturer and customer to find an agreeable solution.

Free Shipping
Items marked "Free Shipping" are valid to the continental USA only and do not include AK and HI or territories. Oversized items marked with free shipping may incur additional fees based on delivery location. Customers will be contacted in the rare event this happens. Customers may always contact us prior to purchase with any delivery questions.

Refusals
Unless instructed, customers should not refuse delivery of any FedEx Ground / Express, UPS Ground / Express or other small parcel carrier package, any shipping and return costs associated with the return may be applied to customer credit once received back at fulfillment center. If customer refuses a freight LTL (semi) delivery and the item is not damaged, the same return costs will apply above. If refused as damaged, we’ll work with customer to ship a replacement, locate replacement parts or find a different solution.
