This compact electric meat slicer (model Ksds-12) is constructed with easy-to-clean stainless steel components but is otherwise similar to Pro-Cut's model Kds-12. Manufactured in North America, this E.T.L.-certified slicer would be an ideal choice for a business with slicing needs in the low-to-mid volume. Great for slicing delicatessen cold cuts and boneless meats, this slicer can also slice cheese, albeit not in large volume. Equipped with a belt-transmission motor, 1/3-Hp, this slicer has a twelve-inch blade, chromium steel and manufactured in Italy; a removeable blade sharpener is included. The meat-product tray measures 10.6" by 10.3"; this tray slopes at a 45 degree angle for gravity-assisted feeding of product to the slicer blade. This superb appliance cuts slices up to.45" thick.
