Description
This Kms-13 meat-slicer from the Pro-Cut manufacturer runs on standard 115V power and has a powerful 1/3-horsepower motor, gear-driven for efficiency a gear-drive gives a direct power transmission from the motor to the slicer rotation of the German-made slicer knife. Included with purchase is a blade sharpener so you can maintain the edge of your 13" stainless steel blade. Slice thickness may be adjusted, with a max thickness of 1.5 inches. The meat-feed tray measures 11" x 16" and has an incline of 45-degrees the "gravity feed" makes for easy slicing. E.T.L.-approved, this slicer is made in North America.
