Designed for continued commercial use, this digital 2-Zone dehydrator is built entirely of stainless steel. You can dehydrate food at industrial speeds with our high-efficiency forced air convection system and (32) 16" x 16" trays. Now updated to include a glass door, for easier viewing of your products during dehydration. You now have a total of more than 55 square feet of drying rack space. With this device, you have the flexibility to operate each of the two zones separately. This dehydrator has an adjustable temperature range of 85 to 195F or ambient mode, as well as a 99-hour digital timer for each zone. Use both zones or just one.
