This 2-zone digital dehydrator is built entirely of stainless steel and intended for continued commercial use. You can dehydrate your food at industrial speeds with our high-efficiency forced air convection system and (32) 16" x 16" trays. You now have a total of more than 55 square feet of drying rack space. With this device, you have the flexibility to operate each of the two Zones separately. For each zone, set a distinct temperature and timer. Use both zones or just one. Excellent for drying multiple food types at once or even making separate jerky recipes to prevent taste contamination. This type has an adjustable temperature range of 85 to 195F or ambient mode, as well as a 99-hour digital timer. This extremely effective model uses up to 50% less energy than other models on the market for the same dry periods thanks to a restricted 1.9kW power demand per zone.
