With (16) 16" x 16" trays and our high-efficiency forced air convection system, you can dehydrate your food at commercial rates with this dehydrator that is entirely constructed of stainless steel. Now updated to include a glass door, for easier viewing of your products during dehydration. You now have access to more than 27 square feet of dehydrating rack space. This dehydrator has an adjustable temperature range of 85 to 195F or ambient mode, as well as a 99-hour digital timer. This extremely effective model uses up to 50% less energy than other models on the market for the same dry duration because to a restricted 1500 watt power demand. Run-on "Timer" mode if you want it to turn off on its own. Our food-grade 304 stainless steel mesh trays allow food to dehydrate without rotating or turning it over, allowing food to cook uniformly on both sides. Just let us know if you require solid trays for items like wheat and grains, or you can simply cover the mesh trays with wax or baking paper.
