This digital 3-Zone dehydrator is meant for continual business use. You can dehydrate your food at industrial speeds with our high-efficiency forced air convection system and (60) 16" x 16" trays. You now have a total of more than 104 square feet of drying rack space. With this device, you have the flexibility to operate each of the three Zones separately. For each zone, set a distinct temperature and timer. Use one zone only or all three. Excellent for drying multiple food types at once or even making separate jerky recipes to prevent taste contamination. Our food-grade 304 stainless steel mesh trays allow food to dehydrate without rotating or turning it over, allowing food to cook uniformly on both sides. Just let us know if you require solid trays for items like wheat and grains, or you can simply cover the mesh trays with wax or baking paper.
