Product Description
This "Cucina Elegante" cart known familiarly simply as "Cuce" to those in the know is a versatile and elegant kitchen cart from John Boos (model CUCE50). The tabletop is made of hard rock maple with dimensions of 20 inches by 30.75 inches; when you lift and brace the two drop leaves the overall length expands to 50 inches. Overall height of the cart is 35". The utensil drawer has dovetail joints and a stainless steel front (this item includes the drawer; for the same cart without a drawer see model CUCE50-ND). For additional storage there are two lower shelves made of "food service grade" stainless steel per the manufacturer. The cart's 3-inch casters are commercial grade and are lockable.
