This "Cucina Elegante" rolling cart also known simply as "Cuce" is versatile and elegant, as you would expect from John Boos (model CUCE30). The countertop, made of hard rock Maplewood, has dimensions of 20" by 30.75"; this cart does not include leaves. The height of the rolling cart measures 35". The easy-sliding drawer features dovetail joints; the front of the drawer is stainless steel. For additional storage the cart includes 2 lower shelves constructed of stainless steel ("food service grade" per the manufacturer). Three-inch casters, commercial grade, lockable, are included.
