Product Description
Robust 3 HP motor. This ETL-listed meat grinder is designed to handle large volumes of meat processing efficiently and reliably.
This size #32 electric meat grinder from Skyfood (model PSE-32HD) is a heavy duty commercial machine. With this PSE-32HD grinder the meat gets ground through two separate grinding plates and the result is a fresher and frankly a better ground product. The motor housing is stainless steel and the standard-size #32 grinding assembly itself is cast iron. The gear box is fully enclosed and the oversized 3-HP motor is gear driven; the entire unit runs on 220V/60Hz power. The PSE-32HD will grind 14-18 pounds of meat per minute or about 900 pounds per hour. The large-mouth feed throat includes a safety guard and there is a built in safety cutoff that shuts the motor off if the pan is removed. Purchase of this grinder includes one grinder knife and standard grinder plates (sizes 1/8" and 3/16". This compact, reliable and powerful grinder is ETL rated for commercial use and is a great fit for busy restaurants, supermarkets or butcher shops.
