Product Description
The #22 Skyfood Meat Griinder allows for efficient processing of large quantities of meat, making it ideal for high-volume production.
With a powerful motor and precision-gear-driven transmission, Skyfood's rugged #22 meat grinder (model PCI-21G) is E.T.L. listed and would be a superb option for any demanding high volume supermarket meat department or butcher store. This powerful grinder's oversized 1.5 horsepower motor operates in an oil bath (the oil bath protects components from freezing in cold weather and also protects against excessive moisture. Simply use the stomper to press your meat down into the throat of the grinder; a built-in safety sensor turns the motor off if the feed pan is removed. Included with purchase are one #22 grinder knife and two plates (plates measure 1/8" and 3/16". If you want a different grind, you can use any standard #22 plate (#22 plates have a 3.25" diameter. The grinder's wide throat accommodates fast product feeding and this device processes from 11 14 pounds /minute; overall processing production will be about 660 lbs. / hour. The grinder has a Nema L5-20P plug and operates on 110V current. A great fit for medium to large processing operations, this electric grinder will be an asset for any busy kitchen.
