Used in many commercial applications such as sandwich shops, delis, coffee shops, grocery stores and more. Includes a 10-in high carbon, chrome plated knife with sharpener. Will handle continuous daily use on varieties of vegetables, hard cheeses and processed meats. This slicer is recommended for usage up to 8 hours daily. Maximum cutting thickness is.5625-in and the cutting capacity is 9-in by 7-in. Not recommended for slicing raw or frozen products, nor soft cheeses.
