General's vegetable cutter is designed for commercial medium to high volume kitchens and catering facilities, perfect for preparing vegetables for cooking preparation, salad bars, buffets and more. Vegetable cutter has 2 angled food chutes and produces up to 500 lbs. per hour. Comes with an interlocked lid and pusher. Cast aluminum polished body and housing and standard with 120V electrical, but may be special ordered in 220V. Processing discs sold separately.
