Ingredients:

  • 5-6 large carrots, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:
