Description

Grinding more than 1.5 tons of meat an hour, this high-volume heavy duty #32 commercial meat grinder from Pro-Cut (model KG-32) boasts a 3-horsepower motor that drives a steel gear transmission. (It actually grinds 55.11 pounds of meat per minute). The grinder head, which generates 85 pound-foot torque, is rugged cast iron; the housing and feed tray are constructed of stainless steel. Since this high-volume grinder has a wide access throat, there's a built-in safety guard that sits on top of the feed throat to protect your hands. This superb meat processor comes with one standard-sized #32 chopper knife and a 3/16" grinder plate; you may wish to order additional plates and knives at checkout. Ships on a palate. E.T.L.-certified, 220V, 3-phase with a Nema L15-20P plug. This grinder is recommended for 8 hours of continuous use, with 20 minute rest period between grinds.
