Each of the ten burners on this rugged stainless steel stove and range from Adcraft (model Bdgr-60/Ng) generates up to 30,000 B.T.U.s and each burner has a tough 12" by 12" cast iron grate. The stovetop work area is an ample 60 inches wide (32.5" deep) and each burner features its own pilot light for maximum workplace safety. The two ovens each burn 30K B.T.U.s as well, for an overall rating of 360,000 B.T.U.s it's a testament to the productivity this powerful kitchen workhorse will provide for your busy commercial kitchen. The working oven temperature range is between 250 degree and 550 degree F, a temperature quickly obtained in the porcelain-lined steel oven interior. Oven doors are spring-loaded for ease in opening and the door handles are cool-touch stainless steel. The exterior of the unit front, shelf and backriser is stainless steel as well.
