This outstanding 36" gas oven range/ stovetop (model BDGR-36/NG) from Adcraft (also known as Admiral Craft) gives you 210,000 B.T.U.'s per hour of heat (that's oven plus stovetop burners) and will be a valuable addition to your busy commercial kitchen. The unit has heavy duty stainless steel components (including the backriser, stove front, stove shelf and feet) and is E.T.L. Listed (& E.T.L. Sanitation as well. Six stovetop burners generate 30,000 B.T.U.s/hour each; in addition the oven also burns 30K B.T.U.s/ hour for a unit total of 210k/hour. Each of the stovetop burners has a cast iron grate which is easily removed, making cleanup easy; the interior of the oven is steel which is sheathed in porcelain. With a functional oven temp range of 150 degree-550 degreeF this superb range/oven also includes a safety device that comes on when gas ignition fails. This unit's gas connects in the back of the unit; it's a.75" N.P.T. hookup (this gas/range can be converted to work with natural gas. The spring braced oven door has a stainless steel handle that stays cool during operation.
