The Weston Pro-1100 vacuum sealer (model 65-0601-w) is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for maximum performance and comes with a roll cutter that will give you customizable bags that can be as long as you like and, thanks to this unit's extra-long seal bar, measure up to 11" wide! With a simple one-touch sealing vacuum operation the Pro 1100 offers the versatility of adjustable sealing timeframes, digital control panels, (2x) digital displays monitoring vacuum progress and seal time, and an internal bay for cord storage. In Manual mode you can fine-tune the vacuum pressure for more delicate foods. Designed for users serious about food storage the Pro-1100's 680-watt motor provides 28" of H.G. vacuum strength (H.G. being a measure of vacuum efficiency, 28" is equivalent to about 92.4%) and puts you in full control of every aspect of the vacuum-sealing process. .

Purchased this for my husband and he loves it! Very sturdy and seals better than any of the other two he previously purchased. Highly recommend this product. I only wish it had come with an extended warranty to purchase.

Stalled customer service previous to purchase. Very helpful and friendly. Received the vacuum sealer very quickly. Have only had the opportunity to use it once at this point however I can say, the vacuum is much more powerful than the sealer I had before. I feel it definitely sucks the air out better, which in turn will create a better vacuum and better quality of frozen foods. Thank you.
