The grinder's half-horsepower motor is housed in an innovative offset grinder head, guaranteeing efficient and speedy meat processing. The motor is air-cooled; the steel grinding gears are heat-tempered and precision-tooled. This unit will grind meat at a rate of four to six pounds per minute. This 350-watt meat grinder operates on regular 120-volt (60Hz) wall current and can be used immediately in addition to the grinder itself one chopper knife and 2 chopper plates (both stainless steel, plates are medium and coarse) are included.
