The headstock, plate, knife, and auger of this meat grinder are all constructed of food-grade stainless steel, and the slicer occupies a small footprint just 21.5" deep and 13" wide making it an ideal grinder for businesses with space limitations and moderate grinding needs. The grinder's powerful 3/4 Hp motor has an efficient steel-gear-driven transmission and can process 7.49 pounds of meat per minute. Easy to set up and operate, this 115V grinder may also be easily taken apart without tools for cleaning and service. Includes a plastic meat stomper, 3/16" grinder plate and chopper knife. The grinder itself can use standard-size #12 plates and knives. This grinder is recommended for 20 minutes of continuous use, with 15 minute rest period between grinds.
