This plate is considered a 'hubbed plate' meaning the plate has an extended ring around the center hole. Fits a #22 hub and will fit many manuacturers with standard #22 hub where shaft requires a hubbed plate. (not typically found in residential or manual grinders) The CDH series plates are made from hardened tool steel (d2) with a hardness rating of 58-60.
