This commercial kneading mixer will handle a variety of types of dough products: dough for breads, bagels, scones, bisquits and pie dough soft doughs, stiff doughs, moist or dry the list is almost endless. Simple to operate, this one-speed mixer has control panels that are stripped down to the essential: two buttons for On and Off, and a timer. The mixer arm rotates at 185 R.P.M.; the bowl rotates at 15 R.P.M. Many top-of-the-line safety features are built in, including an "Emergency Stop" cutoff and a bowl guard safety switch. The mixing timer's built-in too, and it allows you to set the appropriate times and durations of mixing sessions for a variety of dough products. A sturdy, heavy duty workhorse, the unit's suction feet keep it stable, and the easy-access panel controls in front add extra convenience. This mixer is a great choice for delis, bakeries, pizza restaurants, pastry shops or any demanding commercial food environment.
