Simple to operate, this one-speed mixer has control panels that are stripped down to the essential: two buttons for On and Off, and a timer. The mixer arm rotates at 185 R.P.M.; the bowl rotates at 15 R.P.M. Many top-of-the-line safety features are built in, including an "Emergency Stop" cutoff and a bowl guard safety switch. The mixing timer's built-in too, and it allows you to set the appropriate times and durations of mixing sessions for a variety of dough products.
