Product Description
You're viewing our 5 well electric steam table model CSTEA-5C. This steam table features fully insulated open wells; all four sides and bottom of wells are insulated by fiberglass and 8" deep with dry heat style. Temperature controls are individual infinate switch control for each well. Stainless steel die-stamed opening is 20" x 20"; rising lip around wells help keep well clean and makes food pans easy to load and unload. The top, body and undershelf are made from durable 18 gauge stainless steel. Indicator light on each well shows both power and element heating. Mechanical guards on switches for safety and reliability. Each unit comes standard with water pans. For sneezeguard or overshelf, see model MROS-5ST.
