This 3-burner 35 Lb deep fryer made by Cook Rite is made from stainless steel on interior and exterior. Thermostat maintains selected temp automatically between 200F to 400F. This fryer features a oil cooling zone in the bottom of the fryer, which prevents food particles from scortching to the bottom of the fryer and extended oil life. Safety valve with automatic voltage stabilization function. Self-reset high temperature limiting device built in. 2 (two) nickel plated baskets with coated handles and pre-installed casters come standard. Basket size: (2) 13.3" x 6.5" x 5.9". Available in both natural or propane gas. 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and regulator. ETL Listed. 1 year parts and labor warranty as well as 5 year oil tank warranty included with purchase.
