Alfa International's 22 SS CCA is a meat grinder power attachment and is a more affordable version of the Hobart VS9. (This is one time when the aftermarket version is SUPERIOR to the OEM: Alfa's meat grinder is Stainless Steel; Hobart's is tinned!. Manufactured to operate on a Hobart-style standard #12 power hub (but using #22 plates and knives), Alfa's 22 SS CCA contains everything you'll need to begin grinding your meat, and includes: Feed Pan of Stainless Steel. Hollow Stomper is Hygenic Plastic. Comes with a 1/4" Chopper Plate and #22 Knife. Worm and Cylinder Ring (Maintenance Tip: Be sure to HAND-WASH this unit using mild soap & water. Do not run this unit through a commercial dishwasher).
