This 10-quart wire whip for Hobart C100 mixers (model 10W) is from Alfa International and has strong stainless steel wires. "Classic" Hobart Mixers were the best mixers ever sold and in turn Alfa International manufactures the highest-quality aftermarket whips for these Classic Hobart mixers. Heavy-gauge aluminum base provides stability. Note: this whip isn't approved by N.S.F. but it's very good quality. (This accessory twists securely into place and will not fit Hobart Legacy mixers.)
