Adcraft's refrigerated salad and sandwich prep table temperature range is 32 degreeF 41 degreeF, it is 12 cubic feet with 2 doors and constructed of durable stainless steel inside and out. The prep table's cold topping area can hold a variety of different sized food pans up to 6" deep, ideal for keeping meats, vegetables and condiments cold and ready for service. Store additional items below in the cabinet for quick access when needed. The oversized hinged insulated cover keeps the food items cold when not in service. Adjustable plastic coated steel shelves that have a load capacity of up to 90 lbs. per shelf. Specially designed stainless steel racking system lets you adjust shelf height and slide out shelf when reaching for food inside. All salad/sandwich prep tables come standard with plastic coated wire shelves, 6" casters and a 3/4" thick polyethylene cutting board. The front LED readout is easy to read when checking the interior temperature of the prep table. ETL Listed, ETL Sanitation.
