Store your pizza toppings in the "pan rail" on top of the unit; the pans are refrigerated and the frame itself can accommodate a variety of pan sizes (up to 6" deep; clear plastic food pans are included with purchase. A hinged, insulated lid keeps toppings cold and fresh when you're not using them and there's plenty of storage for additional toppings in the lower cabinet. Shelves in the cabinet hold up to 90 pounds each. An easy to set and adjust electric L.E.D. temp control gives an easily legible digital display of the interior cabinet temperature, and this temp control also initiates a self-defrosting regimen.
