You're viewing our Adcraft U-Star 23 cubic foot stainless steel reach-in freezer. Adcraft's reach-in freezer has 23 cubic feet of space with 3 shelves with a load capacity of up to 110 lbs. per shelf and a self-closing door. The freezer unit is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, with 430 series stainless steel exterior and 304 series stainless steel interior. U-Star's freezer maintains a temperature range of -7 degreeF to -0 degreeF and uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. The unit has a specially designed sliding shelf racking system, and the plastic coated wire shelving is easy to remove to adjust the shelf height. The cooling units are bottom mounted and slide out for easy maintenance and cleaning. The front digital controllers and LED readout makes it easy to adjust the interior temperature. Foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation throughout the entire cabinet. Automatic defrosting. (4) 6" casters (2 locking and 2 non-locking.     Still early, but so far very pleased. The freezer is in a residential garage. Really like the fact it is on casters. I really like the fact the shelves pull out. A bit of an issue getting the freezer out of the crating. Be careful and take your time. My only wish is that it came with four shelves instead of three. I will be investigating the possibility of purchasing a fourth shelf.
