Conveniently set up for use with either LP or natural gas, this Black Diamond countertop radiant gas charbroiler from Adcraft (model Bdectc-48/Ng) is E.T.L.-listed. A high-performing kitchen workhorse, this unit has easy-to-clean front and sides of welded high-grade stainless steel; similarly, the fully welded backsplash is stainless steel for durability. Each of this model's four burners generates approximately 30,000 B.T.U.s per hour (for even heating distribution there is one burner for every 12 inches of grate-top width. The grill grate itself is heavy gauge cast iron, both reversible and height-adjustable. This charbroiler's legs are adjustable between four and five inches of elevation. Each burner has its own individual gas valves and standing pilot lights; gas hookup is a rear.75-inch N.P.T. gas inlet. The charbroiler can be set up for Natural Gas (NG) but is convertible to LP (Liquid Propane), making this a versatile as well as a production addition to your busy commercial food service kitchen.
