    16" Butcher Saw

Posted by Cooking Gadget Aficionado on Feb 4th 2018

The saw feels good and hefty but I haven't used it yet so I don't know how well it will saw through meat and bone. Did notice a little rust-like discoloration on the blade in several places (all along the upper edge away from the teeth), which is supposed to be stainless steel (so it must not be top-quality stainless steel).
