If you have a huge quantity of meat that needs professional processing the Weston Pro Series #32 is a superb option: its two horsepower, air-cooled motor is permanently lubricated and can process up to 21 pounds of meat per minute. The Pro-Series #32 grinder's (patent-pending) grinder head design facilitates high-speed, efficient production. For safety's sake this machine has a circuit breaker and no tray guard for volume processing; as with the #22 Weston Pro Series, this electric grinder can run in reverse.
