Weston's superb clamp-on jerky slicer (model 07-3801-W-A) clamps to any counter- or tabletop (up to two inches thick) and has 32 super-sharp stainless steel blades to easily cut through all your toughest jerky meats. With a simple turn of a handle this device deploys its series of blades to cut as many as fifteen.25"-thick slices, which will then be ready for drying in oven, smoker or dehydrator. Made of durable cast-aluminum this unit won't rust or corrode and disassembles so it's easy to clean. The device aperture is 4.5" x 1.25". There's nothing so delicious as home-made jerky and since you're making it yourself your jerky will be free of the harmful additives or preservatives that you find in the highly-processed chopped meat of commercial supermarket jerky.
