With this premium vertical sausage stuffer you can make your own Italian sausage, kielbasa or sausage sticks. With this stuffer you will receive a 4-piece set of stainless steel stuffer funnels, perfect for summer sausage, brats, snack sticks, pepperoni even lunch meats like bologna and salami. The 15-pound stainless steel canister can tilt forward, for ease in loading ground meats. The stuffer has 2 speeds, fast for unloading after operation, and slow for actually stuffing sausages. The pressure release valve on the side of the unit takes air bubbles out of your pressed ground meat. A comprehensive included booklet gives a plethora of easy-to-follow tips and instructions on operating the stuffer, including disassembly and cleaning.
