This commercial grade, 1600 watt Food Dehydrator has a digital (165F) thermostat; the glass door and interior-lit cabinet ensure you can monitor the drying process without opening the cabinet and losing heat. Or, you can set the timer for up to 23 hours (the unit shuts down when the timer goes off. This superbly-crafted machine has a large 160-liter interior and will dry up to approximately 40 pounds of jerky at a time on 24 drying racks. The variety is up to you: make turkey, beef or fish jerky in commercial quantities. A built-in drain reservoir collects excess liquid such as juices or marinades. Included with the unit are (4x) roller wheels (detachable) for easy transport. The dehydrator measures: 35"H x 17-3/8"D x 23-1/2"W which includes the casters.
