Simple to use, this Weston dehydrator puts you in control with its automatic 23-hour timer the dehydrator shuts-off when the timer goes off and the sophisticated digital temperature controls take all the guesswork out of this kitchen process. Simply set the desired temperature (maximum 160 degrees F) and let your dehydrator handle the rest; when the timer goes off you'll have yogurt, jerky, vegetable chips or dried fruits - natural snacks still fUll of flavor without preservatives.
