The kit includes a pulley system and leg and fulcrum extensions, multiplying your cheese pressing power. The extension kit creates more leverage, a 10 lb. weight can produce 200 lbs. of pressing force, while a 50 lb. weight can produce up to 1,000 lbs of pressing force, allowing you to make multiple cheese wheels.
