This Maxx Cold refrigerated workstation (model Mxcr48MHC) is part of the X-Series or MegaTop line of sandwich and salad prep units of exceptional value and durability. As a prep station there is a larger-than-standard area on the top of the unit for the ingredient pans and this extra pan space gives you added capacity and versatility. The exterior of this workstation is high-grade, easy-to-maintain, durable stainless steel that will ensure many years of reliable service. The walls of the refrigerated cabinet are coated aluminum, insulated with C.F.C.-free polyurethane; the doors are similarly insulated and the entire unit is cooled by means of forced-air refrigeration using R-290a refrigerants. The two doors of this unit have recessed handles and the shelves inside the cabinet are constructed of rugged, heavy wire. This unit can be easily moved for placement via its four rolling casters (2 are locking, 2 are non-locking.
