Ideal for commercial application such as delis, coffee shops, small restaurants or sandwich shops. Includes a high carbon, 9-in chrome plated knife with sharpener. Efficient and powerful high torque knife drive system ensures constant power for smooth operation. This slicer is recommended for usage up to 4 hours daily. Maximum cutting thickness is.5625-in and the cutting capacity is 7.5-in by 5-in. Not recommended for slicing raw or frozen products, nor soft cheeses.
