The GEM110 is a 10 Quart all-purpose bench mixer is a heavy duty 3-speed mixer ready to work. The GEM110 uses a dual motion mixing action which consistently mixes, blends and even aerates; delivering results for many commercial kitchens. A #12 power take off (PTO) hub accepts #12 style attachments, like meat grinder or tenderizer attachments for example. GEM110 comes standard with wire wisk, flat beater and spiral dough hook. The motor on the GEM110 is a 1/2 Hp air-cooled motor. This unit requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit and runs on 120V and includes Nema 5-20 6.5-ft power cord.
