This compact #12 meat grinder by Skyfood is intended for light to medium duty work in any commercial kitchen. Featuring a 1 HP air cooled motor, girect gear driven transmission. Compact with no sharp corners. Included both forward and reverse gears. A top mounted handle makes it easy and portable to store or move around. Each unit includes 1 grinder knife, 1 stuffing funnel and 2 grinder plates (5/32" and 3/8"). This model has a 750 watt motor and standard plug configuration.
