This powerful, yet compact 1/2 HP Food Processor has the best cost-benefit in the food processing industry. Ideal for use in small spaces. 16 optional discs are available for different types of cuts, such as: Shredding, Slicing, Soft Slicing, Grating, Julienne Cutting, Waved Slicing. Featuring an extra large feeding chute to process large pieces of vegetables. Circular opening on pusher allows for processing think products like carrots. Continous feed operation. Stainless steel construction with curved lines for sanitation. Two safety interlock switches installed on cover and pusher automatically shut down unit when cover is opened or pusher is lifted. Easily removable parts for cleaning. Average production is approx 772 lb/hr (varies by product and cut). 8" blade diameter. Round chute diameter 1-7/8", Oblong chute of 7-3/8" x 6-1/4". Available disc options: Shredding (Z3, Z5, Z8), Slicing (E1, E3, E5, E10), Soft Slicing (EH3, EH7), Grating (V), Julienne Cutting (H2.5, H3, H7), and Waved Slicing (W2, W3, W4).
