This 36" Thermostatic Gas Griddle by Skyfood offers fully welded griddle plate (3/4" thick) with 30K BTU burners placed every 12" to ensure even distribution of heat. Thermostatic griddles offer an adjustable temperature range from 200-575 F. Accessable pilots through front panel. 4" adjustable legs.
