Designed for large volume production and high performance this professional electric sausage stuffer from T.S.M. (model 18-1019) has a 30 pound capacity and fully automates the work of sausage stuffing. Designed for commercial kitchens, this automatic stuffer can be operated by either the foot pedal or by using the push-button controls. The foot control allows you to vary your stuffing speed; when stuffing snack sticks you can run the motor at a slower speed (and thus avoid casing splits); larger size casings can be stuffed at faster speeds. Using the foot pedal also leaves your hands free and you'll need both hands in order to keep up with the amazing output of this machine. The adaptor features a piston auto-raise switch and an up/down override switch. The controls overall are intuitive and simple to operate and the powerful 150W motor can generate 150 pounds/foot of torque. This unit includes a set of 3 stuffing tubes (plastic, sizes 11/16", 7/8" and 1-1/4". As a safety feature, the Limit Switch automatically shuts the stuffer down when the stuffer piston is raised all the way (for filling the canister) or when lowered all the way after all the product has been stuffed.
