This stuffer is equipped with a pedal control that lets you operate the mechanism with your foot, giving you complete control of your stuffing speed; this innovative control leaves both of your hands free and you're likely to need both hands in order to keep up with the copious output of this essential kitchen tool. Of course some operators prefer not to use the foot pedal, and the pushbutton controls are simple, succinct and comprehensive. The "auto raise" switch controls the stuffer piston, and there is an an override up/down control as well. All switches and controls are clearly labeled, making this electric stuffer intuitive and easy to use. For safety this electric stuffer features a Limit Switch, which automatically shuts off the stuffer whenever the piston is raised completely for filling or, conversely, when the piston is lowered all the way after all stuffing is completed.
