Add up to two additional sections to your standard M2 model for a total capacity of almost 5000 square feet (each added section will hold an additional four carts. Made by Commercial Dehydrator Systems, a leader in industrial drying since 1910, the M2 has double-walled stainless steel construction, completely insulated in order to optimize humidity control, temp control, and heat retention. Temperatures in the dehydration tunnel are monitored via L.E.D.-display (the chamber’s max operating temp is 104 degreeC/220 degreeF), making it easy to customize and fine-tune your production protocols for a wide variety of products. The dryer burner produces about a million B.T.U.s (the burner operates on natural gas, propane, or butane. With a powerful 10-Hp circulation fan, the heated air circulates in a uniform and consistent manner. Dolly trays are available in stack able plastic (each tray 27" x 38", total space of 1,362 sq. ft.) or stainless steel (perforated, each tray 24" x 38", total space of 1,595 sq. ft..
