Manufactured by the respected John Boos company (first established 1887), this superb "Cucina Technica" rolling kitchen cart (model Cuct34-d) has a hardwood maple top (2-1/4 inches thick with edge grain construction) with a storage drawer atop a stainless steel shelf and base (food service quality stainless steel. A convenient stainless steel towel bar also is handy for towing the cart around the kitchen or dining area (the cart is certainly handsome enough for tableside service. The cart's 3-inch casters are lockable. This elegant kitchen work cart will be shipped "knocked down" in order to minimize shipping costs; some rudimentary assembly is required.
